Processing Time

All PawAura Studio products are custom-made to order. Please allow 15–30 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in China. The following rates apply at checkout:

Standard Shipping — $10.00 USD | Estimated 10–15 business days
Expedited Shipping — $30.00 USD | Estimated 7–12 business days
Free Shipping — Orders over $79.00 USD | Estimated 10–15 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

PawAura Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PawAura Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at info@pawaura.studio and we will do our best to assist you.
