How do I upload my pet's photo?
You can upload your pet's photo directly on the product page. Please make sure the photo is clear and well-lit to ensure the best possible result for your custom product.
How long does production take?
All PawAura Studio products are custom-made to order. Please allow 15–30 business days for production before your order is shipped. Some items, such as our felt collection, may require additional time due to the complexity of the craft. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
As all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun. Please review your selections and uploaded photo carefully before placing your order.
